Call for Applications (April to August 2024 projects)—OICA Grants Program

We are now accepting applications for the UPD-OICA Grants Program for projects/events which will be implemented from APRIL to AUGUST 2024.

Kindly submit requirements through the OICA Grants Submission Portal (https://bit.ly/OICAGrantsSubmission/) on or before MARCH 1, 2024, 6PM.

All applications will only be accepted through the submission portal.

The UPD Office for Initiatives in Culture and the Arts (UPD-OICA) will be conducting a strategic planning activity on JANUARY 8, 2024 (Monday). Please be advised that the office will be closed and will not be able to respond to inquiries on this day. Our office will resume normal operations on JANUARY 9, 2024 (Tuesday).

Nakikiisa ang UPD-OICA sa pagbibigay-pugay at paggunita sa kabayanihan ni Gat. Jose Rizal. Siya ay naging tanglaw ng mga nakibaka para sa karapatan ng bawat Pilipino. Ating patuloy na alalahanin at isabuhay ang diwa ng kanyang pagmamahal sa bayan at pagtataguyod sa makatao at makatarungang lipunan!

Apply now for the UP Diliman Creative/Critical Thesis Grant in the Arts, Culture, and the Humanities (UPD CCTGACH) Cycle 7!

What is UPD-CCTGACH?
This is a competitive research grant and/or creative work subsidy in the form of an outright grant for undergraduate, master’s and doctoral students in programs related to the critical study of arts and culture.

PCCA Lantern-Making Contest — UP Diliman

GET A CHANCE TO WIN PHP 50,000!

All UP Diliman offices, academic units, and student organizations are enjoined to participate in the PCCA Lantern Competition, which carries the theme “Cultural Kaleidoscope: Celebrating Cultural Diversity in Lanterns”. Qualifying lanterns will be part of the judging during the UP Diliman Lantern Parade, which will be held on December 20, 2023.

The award money for the winning lantern is P50,000.00.
