The UPD Office for Initiatives in Culture and the Arts (UPD-OICA) will be conducting a strategic planning activity on January 22, 2024 (Mon). Please be advised that the office will be closed and will not be able to respond to inquiries on this day. Our office will resume normal operations on January 23, 2024 (Tue).

OICA Grants Project Proposal Submission Portal

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

  1. Project Proposal Form
  2. A brief profile of the organization/unit;
  3. Updated copy of the organization’s recognition/registration certificate issued by the Office of the Chancellor for Student Affairs (OVCSA) for university-based organizations or by the respective colleges for college-based organizations*; and
  4. Additional information such as mechanics/detailed program description, etc., as needed/required.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  1. Submit the requirements through the OICA Grants Submission Portal.
  2. All qualified applications shall be forwarded by the UPD-OICA Grants coordinator to the OICA Advisory Board for evaluation and approval. The basis for grant approval and budget allotment shall be, but not limited to, the merits of the project as evaluated alongside UPD-OICA’s mandate, its existing cultural programs and the availability of funds.
  3. Grants approved by the OICA Advisory Board shall be endorsed for the Chancellor’s final approval.

We are now accepting applications for the UPD-OICA Grants Program for projects/events which will be implemented from APRIL to AUGUST 2024.

Apply now for the UP Diliman Creative/Critical Thesis Grant in the Arts, Culture, and the Humanities (UPD CCTGACH) Cycle 7!

What is UPD-CCTGACH?
This is a competitive research grant and/or creative work subsidy in the form of an outright grant for undergraduate, master’s and doctoral students in programs related to the critical study of arts and culture.
