Cultural Exchange Program
This program promotes the participation of UPD in cultural and artistic endeavors at the national, regional, and global arenas. It supports mutually enriching partnerships with the UP autonomous units and other cultural institutions through collaborative projects such as conferences, workshops, performances, and other forms of dissemination.
Itinataguyod ng programang ito ang paglahok ng UPD sa mga gawaing pangkultura at pansining sa pambansa, panrehiyon, at pandaigdigang antas. Sinusuportahan nito ang makabuluhang ugnayan ng mga awtonomong yunit ng UP at iba pang institusyong pangkultura sa pamamagitan ng mga kolaboratibong proyekto tulad ng mga kumperensiya, palihan, pagtatanghal, at iba pang paraan ng diseminasyon.

1. Financial Grants Program
1. Programang Gawad Pinansiyal
Financial assistance is given to UPD units and organizations for projects and programs relating to the broad field of culture and arts. These include but are not limited to audience development projects like exhibitions, educational workshops/lectures, and art fairs. Grants take the form of partial subsidy and shall not exceed the total project cost.
Nagbibigay ng tulong pinansiyal sa mga yunit at organisasyon ng UPD para sa mga proyekto at programa kaugnay ng malawak na larang ng kultura at sining. Kabilang dito, ngunit hindi limitado sa, mga produksiyong pangkultura at pansining, eksibisyon, mga palihang pang-edukasyon, at iba pang programang suporta sa mga artist. Ang mga gawad ay bahagyang tulong lang at hindi lalampas sa kabuoang gastos ng proyekto.
