Venue Development Program
OICA’s support for the various student- and faculty-led activities in theater, music, cinema, visual arts, and other similar arenas does not only serve to enrich the artistic and cultural experiences of the UP Diliman audience but also helps to promote the UPD campus as a veritable cultural venue where artists’ works are staged and fostered.
Ang suporta ng OICA para sa iba’t ibang aktibidad na pinangunahan ng mga mag-aaral at guro sa teatro, musika, pelikula, sining biswal, at iba pang katulad na larang ay hindi lamangnagsisilbing pagpapayaman ng mga karanasan sa sining at kultura ng mga audience sa UP Diliman kundi tumutulong din ito sa promosyon ng kampus ng UPD bilang isang tunay na venue para sa kultura kung saan ang mga likhang sining ng mga artist ay itinatanghal at itinataguyod.

1. Financial Grants Program
1. Programang Gawad Pinansiyal
Financial assistance is given to UPD units and organizations for projects and programs relating to the broad field of culture and arts. These include but are not limited to audience development projects like exhibitions, educational workshops/lectures, and art fairs. Grants take the form of partial subsidy and shall not exceed the total project cost.
Nagbibigay ng tulong pinansiyal sa mga yunit at organisasyon ng UPD para sa mga proyekto at programa kaugnay ng malawak na larang ng kultura at sining. Kabilang dito, ngunit hindi limitado sa, mga produksiyong pangkultura at pansining, eksibisyon, mga palihang pang-edukasyon, at iba pang programang suporta sa mga artist. Ang mga gawad ay bahagyang tulong lang at hindi lalampas sa kabuoang gastos ng proyekto.
2. Venue Creation, Development, and Maintenance

As part of its mandate, OICA likewise coordinates the creation, development, and maintenance of venues such as galleries, museums, archives, auditoriums, and theatres at UPD for exhibitions, performances, and research (such as the Bulwagan ng Dangal).
Bilang bahagi ng mandato nito, ang OICA ay nagsasagawa rin ng koordinasyon para sa paglikha, pagpapaunlad, at pagpapanatili ng mga venue tulad ng mga galeriya, museo, artsibo, awditoryo, at mga teatro sa UPD para sa mga eksibisyon, pagtatanghal, at pananaliksik (tulad ng Bulwagan ng Dangal).
3. Maintenance and Restoration of Public Art
3. Pagpapanatili at Restorasyon ng Pampublikong Sining
Restoration projects spearheaded by OICA include: the Manansala painting at Palma Hall, Joya painting at the College of Home Economics, the Carillon, the Bonifacio Sculpture at Vinzons, and the Tribute to Higher Education public art along the University Avenue.
Pinangunahan ng OICA ang mga proyektong restorasyon na kinabibilangan ng: pintura ni Manansala sa Palma Hall, pintura ni Joya sa Kolehiyo ng Ekonomiyang Pantahanan, ang Carillon, ang Eskultura ni Bonifacio sa Vinzons, at ang Tribute to Higher Education na pampublikong sining sa kahabaan ng University Avenue.
