The University of the Philippines Diliman Collections Website Launch

We are pleased to share with you the University Collection Mapping (UCM) Website – one of the outputs of the University Collection Mapping project started in 2017. The goal of the project was to update the 1986 art inventory with a broadened scope of categories of the university collections which now include the fine arts, public art, philately, selected archeological and ethnographic materials, and several heritage furniture bearing historical significance to the institutions and its functions. The contents of the website are the selected pieces from UP Diliman collections. Serving as an accessible database, the website offers an opportunity to contribute to the shift to online learning, serving as a learning resource that may be shared to university stakeholders. For those interested to have a website access kindly fill up this form: https://bit.ly/UPDCollectionsAccessRequest.

Please note that only valid UP Mail (@up.edu.ph) or UPD Webmail (@upd.edu.ph) email address will be accepted. If you do not have a UP email address or are not affiliated with the University of the Philippines, you may request access by sending a letter addressed to the Director of the UPD Office for Initiatives in Culture and the Arts (UPD OICA), Prof. Cecilia De La Paz, PhD, through the project email address univcollections.upd@up.edu.ph. Please indicate your institution and reason for requesting access.

Kindly expect the log-in credentials between 2-7 working days upon your request. However, processing may take longer depending on the volume of request that our office will receive. We hope for your kind understanding.
