May 28 is National Flag Day!

By virtue of Presidential Proclamation No. 374 s. 1965, May 28 is declared as “National Flag Day” to commemorate the date the national emblem was first unfurled after the Philippine Revolutionary Army defeated the Spanish forces in the Battle at Alapan, Imus, Cavite in 1898.

On May 23, 1994, Executive Order No. 79 was issued extending the period of celebrating National Flag Day from May 28 to June 12.

Letters to the Future – Kaloob

Dear Charo 📃✍️ (Creative Hardworking ARtists all Over)

Kaloob-Sining Biswal Exhibit remains open from 6-10 March 2023

[ANNOUNCEMENT]

Please be advised that the Kaloob-Sining Biswal: Mga Likha ng mga Artista-Iskolar ng UP Diliman exhibit at the Palma Hall Lobby will remain open this week (6-10 March 2023).

The exhibit runs until 17 March 2023 (Friday).

The works of the participating artist-scholars may also be viewed at the Kaloob-Sining Biswal online catalog: https://bit.ly/UPDOICAOnlineExhibits
