VIRTUAL CONFERMENT CEREMONY

Due to the ongoing pandemic, both the HASPAG and PASP Conferment Ceremonies were conducted via a virtual platform. To avoid any internet issues, performance pieces and speeches were pre-recorded. These were expertly interwoven with the assistance of an online moderator who broadcasted live from the event studio.
The ceremony was aired real-time on UPD’s and the UPD Office for Initiatives in Culture and the Arts’ (UPD OICA) official Facebook pages.
Seven student performing arts groups received the UP Diliman (UPD) Honorific Award for Student Performing Arts Group (HASPAG) this year, while 45 of the groups’ resident artist-scholars were selected recipients of the UPD Performing Arts Scholarship Program (PASP).
