Hauling, transportation	• Arranged by the borrower, provided that the request letter is already approved by UPD-OICA • Transport and hauling of materials shall be arranged by the borrower. Materials can only be hauled and returned on weekdays (except holidays) during office hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
Installation	by hanging only
Outdoor use	allowed
Alterations (i.e. cutting, adhesives)	not allowed
Other suggestions	If the cloths get wet, please have them washed before returning them fully dried.
