The UPD-OICA office will be closed on May 21, 2025 (Wednesday). Normal operations will resume on May 22, 2025 (Thursday).

The UPD-OICA red carpets may be leased by units, student organizations, faculty, and students in UP Diliman only.
The carpets may be leased within the UP Diliman campus only.
Requests should be filed at least five (5) working days before the event.
A letter of request addressed to the UPD-OICA Director, Monica Fides Amada W. Santos, should be submitted through the Request Form. The details (event date, venue), purpose of the activity and the contact information of the borrower should be indicated in the letter.

(for units) The letter should be endorsed by the head of unit.
(for students) The letter should be endorsed by their professor/thesis adviser.
(for student organizations) The letter should be endorsed by their faculty adviser and must be submitted along with the Certificate of Recognition of their organization.
The sizing, transportation and hauling of the carpets shall be arranged by the borrower and must be coordinated with the UP Diliman Campus Maintenance Office (CMO), provided that the request letter is already approved by UPD-OICA. The carpets can only be hauled and returned on weekdays during office hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
The borrower shall have the carpets cleaned/vacuumed before they are returned.
The carpets should be complete and in good condition upon return. The borrower shall be responsible for the repair and/or replacement if damages were incurred during the rent.
All requests are subject to the availability of the materials and approval of the UPD-OICA equipment officer.
