- Regulates/Manages all artistic and cultural support systems of the office including:
a. OICA Financial Grants for student organizations and units (OICA GRANTS)
b. Honorific Awards for Student Performing Arts Groups (HASPAG)
c. Performing Arts Scholarship/Stipend Program (PASP)
d. Visual Arts and Cultural Studies Scholarship/Stipend Program (VACSSP)
e. Creative/Critical Thesis Grant in the Arts, Culture, and Humanities (CCTGACH)
f. OICA Technical Assistance Program (TAP OICA)—inactive
g. Internship/Fellowship—upcoming - Reviews, evaluates, and makes recommendations/related actions regarding program guidelines, operations, and targets/accomplishments

f. Others, special inaugurations, international receptions, etc. (as assigned) - Plans, conceptualizes, coordinates, and directs the events
- Monitors and evaluates the objectives and turn-out of the events
- Devises strategies/mechanisms/policies to improve events management through capacity building
